What's a "scan-only crew member"?
Anyone who only needs to scan QR codes to check tools in/out. They don't get admin access (can't add/delete tools or change settings). This covers most of your crew — laborers, apprentices, subs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at your next billing date. Prorated credits for early upgrades.
What happens if I exceed the asset limit?
We'll notify you and give you 30 days to either upgrade or archive some assets. We never delete your data.
Do you offer annual billing?
