Nope. You create a simple profile for each worker (just a name and 4-digit PIN). They open the web app on their phone, enter the PIN, and start scanning. No email, no password, no app download. Even the greenest apprentice can do it.
What if there's no cell signal on the job site?
ScanCrib works fully offline. Check tools in and out, view your inventory — everything works with zero signal. When you're back in range, data syncs automatically in the background. No “full sync” pauses, no data loss.
